This is the intro to the course:
Most of us are far harder on ourselves than we realise.
This course explores a modern, grounded approach to loving-kindness, focused on changing the way we relate to the inner critic.
Across five sessions, we explore:
• self-criticism and emotional pressure
• nervous system regulation and kindness
• difficult emotions and self-compassion
• extending kindness to others
• bringing loving-kindness into everyday life
Each session includes reflective teaching, guided meditation, and practical ways to apply the practice in real life.
This is not about becoming endlessly positive or spiritually perfect.
It’s about learning how to meet yourself with a little more understanding, especially on difficult days.
